Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. Villa Mabuhay is located in the small Istrian village of Cetinići and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The villa has everything you need for a perfect vacation – a large private pool with three depth levels and a garden, an outdoor kitchen, and plenty of space for sun loungers to enjoy the sun while sipping fresh juices or cocktails. The villa has 5 modern bedrooms (4 with en-suite bathrooms), 3 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.

Es ist eine geräumige familienfreundliche Wohnung mit sozusagen drei Schlafzimmern, das Zimmer mit zwei Betten ist ein Anschluss Zimmer neben dem Schlafzimmer mit dem Bad. Es steht noch ein Schlafzimmer mit Babybettchen, das Bad ist nebenan. Ebenfalls ist noch ein Wohnzimmer und Essbereich, sowie eine Küche vorhanden.
