Sunkissed Cottage is an Eco cottage with a log burner and underfloor heating throughout then South facing gardens make it perfect for lazy summer days or cosy winter breaks. Our beautiful family cottage is located at The Bay Holiday Village, Filey. Miles of quite golden sandy beaches a short walk away. A fantastic location for the site amenities, just a short walk to the Pub, cafe and leisure centre. Sister property to Salty Kisses, sleeping 9 and Sandy Toes sleeping 5. Both also at The Bay.

The Lake View Lodge is located on the new Meadows development. It is pet friendly and has a country theme inside. We have a log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We also have Wi-Fi, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod. It’s a short walk to the beach. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more. Ronnie's Retreat is a lovely static caravan situated on the East Coast of Yorkshire. 5 minutes walk from the beach. A lovely little home from home - all bedding provided as well as home comforts such as tea, coffee and sugar, slow cooker, free Wi-Fi and a high chair and travel cot if required - please let me know in advance if you need these so I can ensure they are ready for your stay. Please note that although there is no central heating, we have electric plug-in heaters for your use.

New for 2020 we have our converted shipping container lodge. Perfect for this years holiday as it is completely self contained in the middle of fields. This is a 4 person lodge, ( 2 adults and 2 children really due to the space and the sofa bed is a small double) benefiting from its own open plan kitchen/dining area, bathroom and double bedroom. Also own hot tub.
