This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). Ideally placed for the polar express trains. The cottage has two bedrooms one with kingsize zip and link bed and one with two single beds. No smoking/Vaping No pets allowed

Chequer Barn Apartment

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We would welcome all visitors, but we don’t accept children.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Cosy Cabin on 20 Acre Private Estate - Deer Lodge

The Deer Lodge is one of three nearly identical lodges set in a quiet wooded corner of our 20 acre estate on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. There are no roads bordering the guest areas so expect a quiet and peaceful stay, surrounded by nature and away from it all! The lodge has no cooking facilities but has a fridge with icebox as well as a selection of tea & coffee. We have a cosy indoor BBQ hut available to book for the evening with all cooking tools & charcoal provided.
