LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION is the most wonderful feature of The Franklin Guest House! The guest house is about a 2 minute walk to Main Street. Our home is next door, and when my children were quite young; they were allowed to go to the shopping/dining area of Franklin by themselves. (Back then you could buy fried rice for 99 cents, plus Gray's Drugstore had penny candy!) Such a sweet place to raise a family! Even though stores have changed, the LOCATION is the same!

Franklin Home -Long term stays and pets welcomed!!

Beautiful, peaceful modern farmhouse on an acre with a fenced yard, mature trees ample parking and a washer/ dryer. The home sits in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to downtown Franklin, and a short drive to all the sites Nashville has to offer. We are pet friendly, but do not allow parties. The backyard has plenty of shade so you can enjoy grilling with your friends & family. Please be respectful to our neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm.

The Treehouse Cabin

Beautiful, secluded property 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Feels like a treehouse! Guests have access to entire property. The apartment has a kitchen, bed, bathroom, and fireplace. There is a large living room with a sitting area, pub table, big screened TV, and couches. To top it all off, guests have a screened-in gazebo with a gas fire pit. You can not beat the serenity or the views! Only 5 minutes to local stores & restaurants.

East of Meacham Cabin (Flying Donkey)

My place is close to The Natchez Trace and historic Leipers Fork. You’ll love my place because the private, cozy cabin is situated on a 20 acre farm that adjoins the Trace. You will have a fireplace and a large screened in porch. Very quiet and peaceful. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, outdoor folks, bicyclers, and business travelers.
