We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

Bel Tramonto Luxurious Rustic Elegance

Bel Tramonto is Italian for "beautiful sunset" and there are plenty of those on offer at this peaceful and private rural retreat. Enjoy them from the secluded hot tub overlooking a native bush valley complete with waterfall. Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

Quality, character and space in a peaceful garden

This charming home with attached BnB is set in beautifully landscaped grounds in Matua. It is quiet and peaceful, yet close to beaches and the CBD. The west facing patio provides a sunny afternoon spot to enjoy the gardens and birdsong. Off street parking, living room, bathroom, laundry and your own entrance, ensure privacy. Provisions include milk, tea, coffee, fruit and a sweet treat. Fridge, Microwave, toaster, but no kitchen. Children can sleep on the fold out chairs in the living room

Sweet Retreat

This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Continental breakfast is included. Uber Eats also delivers!

‘A Stone’s Throw’ Papamoa Beach Studio, 200m>Beach

Modern Beach Studio with own ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. Door in Studio leads to garage (lockable from your side). If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.

Cosy Farmstay near the beach

Relax in the Papamoa countryside, at our Farmstay retreat! Enjoy its magical & peaceful location, only a 7-minute drive from beautiful beaches and 10 minutes to great cafes and shops. Venture out your front door and enjoy the beautiful Papamoa Hills walk with historic Maori Pa sites! Meet our pet farm animals, hand feed Mr Chips & Ivy (Flemish giant rabbits), chickens, Mara & Wednesday (our pet goats), Larry, Emily ( sheep) & Piglet & Rosie (pet cows). Papamoa Beach - Holiday Cabin

Welcome to our cosy holiday cabin located by Papamoa Beach. A studio bedroom furnished with simple basics with open loft storage, an ensuite bathroom and a tiny cupboard kitchenette as per photos, your own access and outdoor patio space. It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount. Off street parking. Weekly and monthly discounts offered.

Fernland Spa only 3mins away, with Tauranga MTB & BMX Park just round the corner and a Laundromat 550 meters up the road.

This beautifully appointed one bedroom guest suite is located close to the beaches and shops. With a comfortable queen bed, a generous sized living area and modern fittings throughout, this guest suite will feel like your home away from home. This apartment is fully kitted out with all that you need. The apartment is in one side of the house and is self contained. Use of the spa is included between 6 pm and 9 pm. PS infant under 2 can stay for free (porta cot available on request) PS Marshall the cat loves pats.

Come and enjoy the idyllic lifestyle that is Mount Maunganui. The Shaka Shack is a private studio and has all the latest mod cons. It is situated on our property but is an easy laid back and stylish space that you can come and go from at your leisure. We are a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw to Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave, Baypark/ASB Arena, Mount Main Street, Pilot Bay, restaurants, cafes and pubs.
