Come for the experience and stay for the comfort. A two-bedrooms guest house, which was recently built in the backyard of our house, is available for you to experience Sydney livings. The property is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, is 10 minutes walk to the bus and light rail, to the local groceries, takeaway foods and coffee shops. It is also a short driving distance to the Carlingford and Paramatta shopping centres. A continental breakfast is complemented to our guests for your convenience.

Set amongst a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, this modern private granny flat offers plenty of street parking and is located within walking distance to Epping Train/ Metro Station (1.3 km), shops, restaurants/cafes. If you are driving, it's close to major roads leading to Macquarie Shopping Centre and Sydney CBD. Convenient access to Coles, Asian Grocery, IGA and Chemists 20 mins from Accor Stadium via car 30 mins to the city via Metro. 6 mins drive to Curzon Hall.

Located in serene surroundings. Ample living space, secluded outdoor BBQ entertaining area, indoor laundry, and free street parking. Bus stop, shops, restaurants and brewery a 10 or so minute walk, with beach close by. Breakfast items (eggs, milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee) are provided. Outdoor smoking area available. Our beautiful studio is located at the rear of our house in one of the finest streets in Alexandria, just a short stroll to the Australian Technology Park. The studio is completely separate from our house with private access to a landscaped courtyard. We are a 5 minute walk from the Waterloo Metro Station and a 10 minute walk from Redfern Station.
