Beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything you'd need for a home away from home stay. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. Separate living room with a cosy fireplace and dinning room for 6 people. A charming study with a small daybed, a desk and printer. Well equipped kitchen good enough for any chefs. Sunny balcony off the master bedroom to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. A plunge pool with sunbed in the rear courtyard garden for soaking up the sun or alfresco entertaining & relaxation. We provide luxurious bedding linen, Egyptian Cotton bath towels, high end bathroom amenities including a hairdryer. Unfortunately we do not provide beach towels and we don't have a BBQ. There is a Nespresso Coffee machine in the kitchen and we provide a few coffee pods to get you started but you will have to purchase the additional pods at our local supermarket, Coles. Instant coffee and a small selection of tea are there for you to use of course. Guests will have access to the entire house by themselves. Guests will have full privacy. The house is conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of the famous Manly Beach precinct, home to a multitude of trendy cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. In addition, there's easy access to outdoor activities, such as bushwalking and surfing. If you don't want to do the 10-20mins walk to Manly, there is a local free bus shuttle (Hop Skip & Jump Bus) that takes you to directly to Manly Beach and Manly ferry. The bus stops right across the street in front of the house and comes around every 30mins. To go into the city there is also a public bus stop just around the corner but we suggest you take the scenic ferry ride across the Harbour into Sydney and you'll be in the heart of Sydney's tourist attractions. If you have a car you can park on the street in front of the house. There is always plenty of parking available. Fairlight La Maison is a terrace house on 3 levels so there are steep narrow stairs which might not be suitable for young children not used to stairs and elderly people. We have a gas fireplace. There is a Nespresso machine but only a sample of pods will be provided to get you started. If you would like use the Nespresso Coffee machine then you will need to buy extra coffee pods at the local supermarket. We don't have a BBQ. You will also need to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide beach towels at the house. We don't own a cat but our neighbours do. Nero is the black cat and Oscar is the grey marble cat. They are super friendly cats and often wander into the house if the doors and windows are left open. If you are allergic to cats we suggest you don't allow them in the house.

Set against the backdrop of one of New South Wales most beautiful National Parks this house is perfect for a truly relaxing holiday. Whether you want a romantic getaway, an idyllic family break close to a beach or a base to explore the great walks and parks nearby there is everything you need. The house has a great indoor/outdoor feel to it and you can't help but feel yourself unwind within moments of arriving. There are three bedrooms comprising of two master queen bedrooms and a bunk room with two sets of bunks. Perfect for four adults and four children. There are also two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen lounge area that leads onto a deck and a comfortable outdoor covered seating area. In the garden there is a BBQ and wood fire pizza oven. There are kayaks, a paddle board and windsurfer for you to use not forgetting a couple of bikes to get around on. Beautiful beach, safe calm water for the children to swim in, great walks, a multitude of native birds, wallabies, monitor lizards and more. Guests are left to their own devices from the moment they arrive but plenty of help is at hand should need be. Set in the picturesque suburb of Great Mackeral Beach, the home is surrounded by Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park and 20 miles north of Sydney. Once you arrive at Palm Beach, just hop on the ferry or a water taxi and Mackerel is only a 10-30 minute boat ride away. Hiking trails, the beach, and lots of wildlife surround you. It is an easy drive from Sydney to Palm Beach and only an hour from the CBD. Alternatively buses (L90) go from the city to Palm Beach and take 90 minutes. There are no cars at Mackerel and the only access is by water. There are no shops at Mackerel so you need to bring everything you need for your stay. There is a good stock of the basics in the kitchen that is there for your convenience.

This modern 75sqm self contained apartment is part of a luxury home with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is combined living dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside deck. Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas with direct access to Chinamans Beach & Rosherville Reserve from the outside deck. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. The house is steps away from a beach in Sydney’s Middle Harbor and near Rosherville Reserve, a quiet park with picnic areas. Surrounded by national parks and great walking tracks, Mosman offers beautiful scenery and views of Sydney Harbor. Located 5min drive to Mosman cafes and shops or a 10min leisurely stroll to Balmoral Beach. Just a short walk to the bus stop for a 20min bus into Sydney CBD or 20mins bus to Manly Beach. If walking is not your thing, Mosman Council has a free courtesy bus available and you can find the timetable at http://mosmanrider.net/ The kitchenette comes equipped with a fridge, microwave / oven, induction hot plate, toaster, jug and necessities. On the outside deck there is an electric barbecue. If you require an additional bedroom this can be arranged .There is an additional guest room on the same level across the courtyard.
