La baita si trova in una posizione unicamente isolata ma facilmente raggiungibile, un equilibrio raro che regala privacy assoluta senza rinunciare alla comodità. Intorno, solo il bosco, il profumo della resina e una vista mozzafiato che si apre sulle montagne come un quadro che cambia con le stagioni. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
