We are located just three minutes from Sweet Briar College, 20 minutes from Liberty University, and 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Close to restaurants and downtown Amherst. Black Water Junction Cabin

Our cabin is built out of old wood and doors found on the farm. Because I am such a cold natured person, I installed heated floors and a heated towel bar in addition to the mini-split and electric fireplace! The cabin is surrounded by pastures that are the home to our cows, horses, goats, pot belly pig, and chickens. The highlight of a stay at BWJ Cabin would be to sit on the front porch in a rocking chair, day bed swing or hot tub looking out over the landscape and do nothing.

Pleasant Scenic Area, Wintergreen Resort, and an assortment of local restaurants, wineries, and breweries, including the Rt. 151 "Brew Ridge Trail."
