About Feriecenter Fiskenæs Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the many lovely facilities at Fiskenæs by Flensburg Fjord in Gråsten. In this unique area we can offer stays in luxury holiday homes (built 2003/2008), many of which overlook the water. By nature, Fiskenæs is a scenic peninsula with beech forest and open areas. The area is sheltered and is easily accessible from the sea side, you just have to cross the drawbridge at Egernsund. The holiday homes are approx. 80-100 m2 and in 1 & # 8211; or 1 & # 189; level with space for 6-8 people in 3-4 bedrooms, all with double beds. The 1-level houses are ideal for the family who want common cosiness and togetherness in the bright living room, while the 1 & # 189; -plan houses allow the family to divide into two living rooms on separate floors for independent activities. (If there are small children, stairwells can be rented at the reception.) Both house types have a nice large terrace where the outdoor life can unfold, and the 1 & # 189; -plane houses also have a cozy balcony off the living room on the 1st floor. All houses are luxuriously furnished and equipped with washer and dryer, and the lovely bathing area has both spa and sauna as well as a shower. Furthermore, there is a separate toilet with sink. Huset har 2 badeværelser. Køkkenet er veludstyret, så madlavning bliver en leg. Beliggende ved børnevenlig strand og et særdeles naturskønt område tæt på Svanninge Bakker. Rigt fugle - og dyreliv. Sommerhuset er det perfekte sted til afslapning og en pause fra hverdagens travlhed. Ingen kæledyr tilladt.

Charmerende feriebolig

Sommerhuset ligger på det unikke kuperede Løjt land med bakker og dale i et natur skønt og roligt område, nær skov og strand ud til Genner Bugt og Lillebælt, og i klart vejr kan I se til Fyn. Huset er en del af det gamle Løjt Feriecenter, hvilket gør der er lidt ekstra goder med i prisen bl.a. svømmepool og en Strandcafé i sommersæsonen. Vi har renoveret huset, så det kommer vore gæster til gode. Det er nymalet, fået ny varmepumpe, toilet og radiatorer, så udgifter til el og vand minimeres.

Adgang til fælles pool. Ren idyl på landet, men med kun 2.5 km til gode indkøbsmuligheder, samt ca. 10 min i bil til fantastisk børnevenlig sandstrand. Hunde, katte og heste. Ejer bor på grunden, men i anden længe. Fibernet og tv-pakke. NYT 2025: Gameroom med bordfoldbold, bordtennis og retro spillekonsol.
