Welcome to Studio Solare, with a stunning view in the heart of Portorož. 2 minutes walking distance from the sea and 15 minutes to medieval town Piran. Studio Solare is a stone cottage with big windows where you feel part of the nature. It might be small, but it has everything you need. Fully eqipped kitchen, coffe machine, TV with Netflix and WiFi, bathroom and sleeping area in the looft which is accessible by the staircase. There is also a big garden, outdoor sitting area and fee parking.

Relax in the embrace of a more than 150-year-old barn in the heart of Kozjansko. The wooden beams were hand-carved by our ancestors, transforming the surrounding forest into fertile fields. The harvests were stored right in this building. To preserve its memory, we have created a cozy living space inside. You will have access to modern appliances, but we invite you to light the wood stove and cook as your grandmothers did. Let the surrounding nature blow away the stress of modern life.

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Vanaf ons huis, gelegen op een heuvel aan de rand van het dorp, kijk je uit over de prachtige vallei en kun je genieten van de rust en de natuur. De studio appartementen zijn gelegen in de Vipava Vallei, dicht bij de kust in het westen van Slovenië. We hebben hier ons droomhuis gerenoveerd en er in 2025 twee studio appartementen gerealiseerd. Vanuit jouw appartement loop je zo het Natura2000 Trnovo gebied in, maar ook het dorp is dichtbij voor boodschappen of een drankje.

The house with an apartment is located on the southern outskirts of Ljubljana, only 9 km from the historic center of Ljubljana, in the Landscape Park of the Ljubljana Marshes. It covers 76 m2 and is suitable for 4 adults+1 child - for families, business guests, as well as a starting point for visiting Ljubljana and other Slovenian attractions. Tourist tax in the amount of €1.6 /day /person is not included in the price and is payable upon arrival in cash.

Greenyard cottage - place to love

Our studio is a tiny place of 12 m2 where you can sleep,eat, cook. It has a little bathroom with a shower. It is situated in our garden, under the pear tree and lot of flowers. In front of the cabin there is a terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the summer. Your car can be parked in front of our garage. Wi- fi is free. There are also some IR panels and electric radiators so you will no be cold in winter. But remember....-it is tiny!
