The local Koala community is on your doorstep and hand feeding the King parrots is a perfect way to start your day. The beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll away, sunrise is breathtaking from here, or lie in and let the rolling hills greet you in the morning.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. Guests can explore the 40 acre conservation property walking along well-established tracks which winds through the property viewing the magnificent manna gums and stringybarks of the Otway foothills. You will have an opportunity to see an abundance of wildlife including koalas, wallabies and many birds.

Welcome to Forrest a beautiful part of the world. Our studio is a short stroll to the town centre and a 5 min walk to the bike tracks. The studio is a part of our house which has a separate entrance and is divided by a huge deck. The studio has an open plan living and dining space with a cosy wood heater split system and fans. A small kitchen with 4 gas hotplates,microwave and fridge. Barbeque facilities are on the deck for your use and a lovely garden for relaxing .

The Top Villa is situated in a quiet, natural setting with soaring views over the rolling hills and forests of Apollo Bay. Private and peaceful, it is one of only two villas on our property.

Number 46 is located in the quiet township of Skenes Creek. Only a 3 minute stroll to the beautiful beach, our family friendly home has 3 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating 6 people. We also welcome dogs as there is pine flooring throughout. The kitchen has all ammenities that a family would need and our spacious deck welcomes outdoor living.
