L'Estive ski in/out 1900m chalet with sauna

A great chalet with 3 bedrooms, sauna, garage and private garden, situated on the "alpage" of Les Collons, in the 4 Vallées ski resort. The chalet can accomodate up to 7 people and offers great views on the Dent Blanche and other Alps tops from its South and East facing balconies. It is located 20m away from the Etherolla slope in a quiet and unique setting at an altitude of 1900m. It offers real ski in/out in the winter, and is an ideal starting point for trekkings and hikes.

Chalet construit par mon grand père dans les années 60, il est seul au milieu de la forêt et des étangs. Vous verrez passer des chevreuils et des renards mais vous ne verrez pas passer le temps. Idéal pour un couple qui aime marcher et profiter de l’air pur. Nous louons uniquement l’étage inférieur du chalet constitué d’une cuisine équipée ouverte sur un salon, chambre avec 2 lits de 90cm ainsi que la salle de bains (douche-wec). Le chalet a été entièrement rénové dans le style "montagne". Bien évidemment, si vous cherchez l'ambiance d'une ville vous ne la retrouverez pas.

A very cosy little chalet (62m2) 2 pers at the top of the Lodge , very quiet location. In front line facing the mountains, sight entirely released with breathtaking views over the Swiss Alps and its sunsets. A little away from the turbulent and noisy ski resort but still reachable in one minute by car or 500m walk to the free ski bus. Free outdoor parking. We are all ski teachers and can provide ski lessons at attractive rates

In our nice chalet you will have enough space for 6 to 8 people, 3 rooms, kitchen, toilet and big living space. It is idealy situated between the valley and the moutain so that you can easily reach it all year round and have access to the ski domaines 4 vallées (30min) et Veysonnaz in the winter but also the mountains and the city (15 min) for other activities in the summer and throughout the year.
