The Loft at Pelican Pointe is located in the quiet community of South Beach, an easy mile walk to the village of Neskowin. It's a private 650 sqft suite above the detached garage of our beach home and provides breathtaking, expansive views of Neskowin Beach and Proposal Rock. A short walk to the beach and you can enjoy beach combing, wading in the river and dining in the charming village. We're minutes away from hiking, kayaking, fishing, shopping and wine tasting in other nearby towns.

The Beach Bungalow is the perfect beach getaway for families. It is located in the desirable Olivia Beach neighborhood in Lincoln City. As such, guests can enjoy common space amenities such as Olivia Beach's private beach access, a park with a play structure for children, a sand volleyball court, & a fire pit for roasting s'mores. If you feel like hanging back, the Beach Bungalow has rocking chairs on the porch for reading, a private hot tub, and a wide collection of family board games.

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

It’s peaceful, comfortable, and intentionally simple — the kind of place that makes you exhale as soon as you arrive.

Charming Ocean View Cottage

Cozy cottage built in 1920s a stone's throw away from the ocean, renovated with modern amenities and decorated with antique furniture, the perfect getaway for a couple or small family. Enjoy soaking in the steamy hot tub in the garden. On cool nights you will be comfy with the down comforter and heat from the Franklin stove. Ocean views from living area and bedroom windows and beach access is nearby with some of Oregon's most pristine tide pools right in front of the cottage.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

This neighborhood has a village feel nestled between towering pine trees and the sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean below. This beautiful and fresh new home is 3BR (2 king suits) sleeps 8-10. A quick 1 minute walk to an exclusive park that is for neighborhood guests. Includes 2 play structures, sand volleyball and fire-pit. 5 minute walk to Beach.

This property is a bird watcher's dream with an expansive covered deck and large windows. Only minutes to the beach, (the new Sitka Sedge State park and Whalen Island is 1/4 mile, Pacific City a 7 minute drive), this property offers easy access to all the coast has to offer.

Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock closed! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.
