Elton Guest House Family Suite

Elton Guest House is a former farm house lovingly restored by the current owner. Close to Matlock and Bakewell and attractions such as Chatsworth House. The grounds feature ample parking in our cobbled courtyard and an old lamp post and water pump on the frontage. The family suite consists of two bedrooms, one large bed sitter with a double and twin beds and a separate twin room and en suite bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price. Full first-floor apartment with separate entrance door and key. Own private kitchen with a fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle. Secure storage available for cycles & rucksacks. breakfast can be served in the privacy of your own kitchen, or you may also wish to make use of the patio in our idyllic South-facing garden. You have your own private bathroom, with a large walk in shower & roll top bath. There is great walking, running, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, climbing & golf all on our doorstep with good views from the house of Bamford Edge, Win Hill & Shatton Moor. If you are a group of 3/4, we do have a second room on request.

Tannery House Garden Room 2 - Cosy Double en suite

Tannery House is a hidden gem set within private grounds, with Bakewell on your doorstep. A family home, and two very friendly dogs, Ziggy and Bounty. We will be around if you need us and happy to have a chat. Currently breakfast is available at Avenue House, a few mins walk away. Breakfast is between 8.30 to 10.00am and is included in the price.. Yeldwood Farm Cottage is a beautiful barn conversion on our farm, just outside Baslow. The self-catering cottage sleeps 2 guests, in a Super-King size (or Twin) master bedroom. The cottage comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bathroom with a large bath and shower. We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.

Edale Loft is a large studio space within a traditional 1850's Edale gritstone house, Peak District. Can be a double / family / friends. Includes private lounge & ensuite. Views of Kinder Scout, exposed beams, a quiet location. The house is at the 'official start' of the Pennine Way, among a cluster of cottages of similar age. Our newly refurbished self-catering holiday cottage has all the creature comforts to make your stay home from home. The cottage has a double bedroom and a twin bedded room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment. There is also a small utility room with a washing machine. The Cottage has full gas central heating and is available for short breaks or weekly bookings.

A double room in my lovely modern home, with use of the newly refurbished family bathroom. I live within 15-20 mins drive from Mansfield and Worksop. Chesterfield, Sheffield and Nottingham can all be reached in less than an hour. Sherwood Forest is less than 10 mins drive, with lots of nice walks in the vicinity. Easy on street parking and a relaxed homely feel.
