Come for the experience and stay for the comfort. A two-bedrooms guest house, which was recently built in the backyard of our house, is available for you to experience Sydney livings. The property is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, is 10 minutes walk to the bus and light rail, to the local groceries, takeaway foods and coffee shops. It is also a short driving distance to the Carlingford and Paramatta shopping centres. A continental breakfast is complemented to our guests for your convenience.

Kitchen has everything including pressure cooker and air fryer. There is 4 Parking spaces enough for trailers on the property. Outside dining setting, a gazebo with gas and charcoal barbecue for entertaining

Bus stop, shops, restaurants and brewery a 10 or so minute walk, with beach close by. Breakfast items (eggs, milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee) are provided. Outdoor smoking area available. Extra guests: $40 NB: Wi-Fi is available, but, in the case of a service outage, we cannot guarentee internet availability. Likewise, TV w/ Netflix subject to availablity.

Sit outside at the private entertaining area and enjoy the sunshine and sea breezes as you plan your time in Kurnell.
