The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Maxfield Inn is a newly restored 1841 mansion in the village of Naples, New York. Its vintage ambiance on the inside, plus the beautiful picturesque setting with mountains, trees & English Gardens make it really special. Grand white pillars adorn the facade where guests can mingle on the front porch. Guests have an option to order a full breakfast for an additional $40 per room per morning. Blue Room in an Old Brick Estate

93 year old brick house near downtown Seneca Falls with one private bedroom and bath that accommodates 2 people. The off street parking area is great for oversized vehicles, campers and trailers. The bedroom has a Full sized bed with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom is down the hall (about five steps- it is not en suite). Breakfast includes granola, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, and toast along with coffee and juice. The downtown area is ten minutes away by foot.
