Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Unsere 80 qm Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Nachbarschaft, direkt unterhalb König Ludwigs II Märchenschloss Neuschwanstein und mit Blick auf das Schloss Hohenschwangau. In 15 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am Alpsee und am Aufstieg zu den Schlössern. Bei uns starten viele schöne Wanderungen/ Radtouren. Schwangau ist 2,6 km, Füssen 4,2 km entfernt.

Gemütliche Wohnung, Traumblick auf See und Berge

Aufwachen mit Blick auf Allgäuer Berge und Zugspitze, über der die Morgensonne den Himmel rot färbt. Frühstücken mit Blick auf den Weißensee. Am Nachmittag auf dem gemütlichen Sofa erholen von der Wanderung auf den zu Fuß erreichbaren Falkenstein, Deutschlands höchste Burgruine, vom Skiausflug ins nahe gelegene Tannheimer Tal, vom Besuch bei König Ludwig II auf Schloss Neuschwanstein oder vom Badetag am Weißensee, der mit klarem Alpenwasser in nur fünf Gehminuten Entfernung wartet. Old town Villa | Apartment "Linderhof"

At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the first floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.

Morgens kann man auf der Terasse mit Bergblick seinen Kaffee genießen. Vom Haus aus kann man mehrere kleine Wanderungen starten (z.B. zur Burgruine oder zum Faulensee), ansonsten ist man natürlich auch schnell in den Bergen.

Wohnung in Memmingen

Im Herzen Memmingens befindet sich unsere Wohnung in einer ruhigen Straße im Gerberviertel. In weniger als drei Minuten zu Fuß dem Stadtbach entlang sind sie in der Altstadt und können dort die Vielzahl von Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés genießen. Der Bahnhof und Busbahnhof sowie Taxis sind in vier Minuten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.
