Private area nestled within a beautiful single-family home in Avalon Manor with a private entrance. The large spacious living room is the heart of the retreat which includes a wet bar. There are two bedrooms each offering a private haven. The master bedroom features a queen bed and the second bedroom features two twin beds. There is also a bath and a half. The backyard features four inviting lounge chairs, strategically placed to capture the sun's rays. A stones throw to the beaches in Avalon.

Close to the beach and the bay on the south end

The condo is the bottom floor of a duplex and my wife and I live in the upstairs unit. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and 3 houses from the bay where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The property is located on the South end of the island so it’s just a short uber ride to Avalon and Stone Harbor, or short Jitney ride to the center of town in Sea Isle. There are also a couple restaurants including Hanks and Sole, new bakery Shorebreak, small grocery and an ice cream parlor within a few blocks.
