The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

The property is 2.5 acres and is adjacent to the park. It also offers a pool, 30x30 covered pavilion, covered pickleball court, volleyball, outdoor hot water shower and toilet/shower house (Groovy Go Go). Board games/movies/yard games provided along with pickleball paddles to try the fastest growing sport in America!

Villa Capri :Tiny Home With Pool

Villa Capri is a beautiful tiny home rental with private pool access in North Central San Antonio. Located with quick access to airport , Downtown , Fiesta Texas and La Canterra. The neighborhood is quiet, located within 2 miles of shopping and restaurants. This neighborhood has plentiful wildlife. Villa Capri is located on host’s lot. The yard and pool are shared by hosts. Swimsuit is required in pool. Please note that Villa Capri cannot host children or babies due to safety concerns.

The Loft - Monte Vista

Our garage loft is a renovated and refurnished 900sf apartment. Clean, simple spaces and furnishings make for a relaxing getaway. We are in the Monte Vista Historic District, a 1-mile square walkable neighborhood 3 miles north of downtown and a 1.5 miles from the Pearl District. Our main house is a 1914 Prairie Style residence sheltered by the largest oak tree in San Antonio. We are happy to share our back yard, pool pavilion, and pool during our guests' stays.

Rio Vista on the Comal River

Why stay in a hotel when you can have all the comforts of home plus a river view. ACCESS THE COMAL RIVER DIRECTLY FROM THE PROPERTY 550 square feet. Balcony has a river view. You will be on the 3rd floor with elevator access. You will have access to the pool, hot tub, picnic tables and bbq pits. There is an on site washer and dryer available for a fee. Common space has a couch bed and bunk beds, the bedroom has a king size bed.
