The home is steps away from a quiet, sandy sunset beach, and a short walk to the public beach. There's biking, skiing, kayaking, golfing, and hiking within easy reach, and Collingwood's shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Easy access to everything with a car. Beaches, hiking and biking are right outside the front door! This little area is known as Brock’s Beach and was settled by a few families that would buy the entire street. When their kids grew up, they built little cottages on their parent’s street so people around this area have a life time of enjoying this hidden gem and everyone knows everyone. In the evening, everyone walks along the beach or down the tree lined streets. In the summer, everyone sits in the front yard with a campfire so they can say hello to their neighbours. As only a few homes are winterized, the area is very peaceful in the winter.
