Es un Loft con un mesanini de habitación, construida en el 2017 bajo el codigo de la construcción por lo que es una estructura muy solida y antisismica. Tiene una decoración vintage. Es muy privado en un vecindario muy tranquilo pero cómodo pues hay toda clase de comercio en sus alrededores incluyendo restaurantes, bancos, panadería, tiendas de abarrotes, farmacia, tienda de ropa entre otras. Este lugar es apto para todas las personas independientemente de donde vengan, sin discriminación.
