Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

Property consists of one big living area, one bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with most necessities supplied. Very clean and tidy ground floor apartment with easy check-in. Located at the front of the premises. It is self contained with it's own private entry and north facing verandah and views towards the sea. Self contained, situated at the back of our property in our private backyard. (One of two cabins in our back yard). Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, Smart TV, ceiling fan, heater, kitchenette including microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery. Bathroom and separate toilet. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre etc. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

And a short stroll through the end of Bergin Gr will have you on the beach. With all the amenities to enjoy a comfortable stay, whether you feel like lounging at home and cooking up a storm or a walk to Marine Pde for margaritas or a beer. This shack located on a quiet street in the heart of town, gives you the choice!

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!

Beautiful views ever changing from the 1 bedroom apartment in a complex with other apartments. Quiet location and 10 min walk to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The lounge and bedroom open out to the spacious deck and the view. Well behaved pets welcome, dog beach only 10 min walk away plus large shared lawn within the complex of apartments. We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.
