Entire house on Como lake on three floors, with 2 balconies and a furnished patio. The living room is on the ground floor with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen on 1 floor. Bedroom/bathroom on the 2 floor with view The house is in the middle of a small village,you cannot arrive by car. A parking space is 100 meters away or more. You have silence and peace but no bars & shops in the very vicinity, but at 10 min. walking down the hill. Could not be suitable for small kids, because of inner stairs.

We are in Brunate, a small village on the mountains overlooking Como Lake. The house borders the forest, and often - in the evening or early in the morning - you can see animals in the garden. If you are interested in a jet boat ride, you have only to ask. I will be happy to accompany you to discover the most beautiful lake's villas. Casera Gottardo is a creative project that incorporates past and present. The casere were the deposits for the maturing of cheeses in the 1800s. Today it is a place where light and materials intertwine in a space that soothes those who spend time inside. The house is located a few minutes walk from the Naviglio Grande, the Darsena, Tortona area, etc., 10 minutes walk from the green metro (Porta Genova stop) 20 minutes walk from the Duomo, while remaining in a closed and silent street.

Cascinetta a pochi passi dal centro, con parcheggi gratuiti fuori dalla proprietà. Piano terra: giardino, portico, cucina attrezzata con ampissimo soggiorno/salotto/zona lavoro,bagno di servizio.
