Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

Goudy Pond offers a place to get away from it all. Located in CNY, our cabins offer an oasis from the demands of modern life. Its tranquil natural beauty provides a place to relax and recharge. Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, paddle boats are provided. Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

Newly constructed single bedroom apartment overlooking the Salmon River. Kitchen includes 4 burner electric stovetop, microwave, air fryer, toaster, Keurig, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher, utensils. Swing mount TV in the living room area as well as a TV in the bedroom. Island dining table with 4 chairs. Bedroom offers a queen bed and queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Fully furnished with dishes and linens. Will provide linen exchanges/cleaning during extended stays.

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse is a great place for adults to feel like a kid again and to unwind in the woods or down by the water! A cozy get-away for couples, or small group get together! (The Nest is not suitable children or pets). The tree house has front and back decks. Under the treehouse is a sheltered picnic table area, propane grill, and a wood fire pit and outdoor games. Hang out by the overlook and enjoy the view or follow trail down to Fish Creek water access.

A perfect place to enjoy the year round beauty and adventures of Pulaski. Anglers will find themselves in the heart of salmon and trout territory. Drive 200 yards across the Route 3 Bridge to hop on the snowmobile trails or hike Selkirk State Park, or a few miles north to find yourself golfing near Sandy Pond.

Stars and Sage Farm Hippie Hideaway

Living off the grid in a cozy cabin surrounded by nature sounds like a unique and peaceful experience. The addition of chickens, geese and a beekeeping experience adds to the charm of the stay. This is a small Hobbie Farm with a cute rustic cabin with a compost toilet and a mini woodstove. Nestled in its own little yard wildlife may be about. Deer , fox, even little mice and bunnies scurry about. We want our guests to understand this is a rustic listing with an off grid menu.

I also rent out a studio suite with a separate entrance (On the Salmon River! - Unit B), or you can rent both spaces by booking the "ON the Salmon River - Full House" listing. This listing can be booked 6 months in advance. The Full House listing can be booked 1 year in advance. The dock and laundry room are considered common areas for both units.
