Welcome to L'Ours et Son Petit Oiseau (The Bear and his Little Bird), set in 8 acres with views over a wild valley run with deer and sanglier. Cool off in the saltwater pool, relax in a hammock, unwind in the wood-fired hot tub, or get to know the many animals who also call this place home. Cicadas and birds sing to the setting sun, and there's not a human soul for miles. Fields and vineyards lead to the winding streets of medieval Issigeac, a boulangerie, a café and the perfect afternoon.

The tastefully decorated farmhouse with superb pool and terrace is situated in a beautiful setting with fantastic views and amazing sunsets. In summer you can enjoy fruits from the land (4 ha). Only 30 min from Bergerac airport. The house is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills covered with sunflowers in summer and with numerous medieval villages, wine estates and golf courses nearby. Nestling on the heights of a hill in the heart of nature, at the gateway to the Dordogne (4 km from the bastide town of Eymet), you will be charmed by this fully-equipped family gîte for 6 people (up to 8 on demand for an additional fee) , a restored tobacco barn from 1922. A beautiful private swimming pool, heated from May to September, awaits you, out of sight, with its equipped relaxation areas. Our house is adjacent to the gîte. Discover châteaux, bastides and local farmers' markets.

A Little Luxury Home in the Center of Eymet

Bienvenue chez nous. Gîte Castellaneta is over 500 years old but has been remodeled many times since it was first built. We just did it again in 2019! It's a cute little medieval 2 bedroom house. The master has a king bed and the front bedroom has 2 twins which can be reconfigured as a super king. Both have new en-suite bathrooms and the downstairs has been completely remodeled with kitchen, dining & sitting areas plus a WC and washer. And there's a lovely, intimate private courtyard.

Relax in this calm, stylish space. This space is ideal for two, maybe a third person or child in the small second bedroom. There is a pool to the rear of the property that is shared with the owners. Only 10 minutes from the famous medieval town of Eymet and 2 minutes from beautiful lauzun, Lavande is the perfect escape. Lauzun has a small supermarket, restaurants and bars as well as a baker, butcher and pharmacist Eymet has plenty of places to eat or drink.

Un joli domaine sur le Dropt. Ancien moulin et manoir du 13eme siècle offre calme et détente aux vacanciers. 18 personnes peuvent être accueillis dans ces 2 grandes maisons côte à côte. Les draps et les serviettes vous sont fournis. Pour la détente, il y a une piscine, un boulodrome, trampoline, baby foot, jeux extérieurs, 8 vélos neufs à dispositions, molky, boules de pétanques, jeux enfants... barbecue à charbon, 1 vélo électrique à la location.
