Opis bivalnih prostorov- dnevna soba se lahko spremeni v spalni prostor - raztegljiva sta kavč in enosed - tako da v hiši lahko prespi tudi do 5 oseb. Iz dnevne sobe je izhod na vrt, kjer bodo gostje pod velikim senčnikov lahko uživali v mirnem okolju. Mestno središče je oddaljeno cca 6 km (10 min z mestnim avtobusom) .
