The interior is decorated with local treasures and artifacts from Bradenton and Anna Maria Island. We are located within 25 minutes of St Petersburg, Bradenton, Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, and miles upon miles of beautiful coastline. Children under age of 7 are not allowed to stay in our Sea House

Bathroom #1 has a shower and Bath #2 has a bathtub but does not have a shower head. A portion of the yard is fenced in for pets and provides an open space. The house utilizes a treated well and provides water cooler for drinking. There is a covered carport for vehicle and patio area with table.
