The bus boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! Heating upstairs & Down, as well as heated blankets to keep it nice and cozy in the colder months! A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

Pubs are within walking distance & a nearby Forest to explore .

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

The Bubble, which works on a slightly over pressurised system where the air continuously refills the tent is set up on an old working farm. Its the ultimate experience of nature and total comfort. Guests can fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings and wonderful open farmland. Sit back in your very own private hot tub and enjoy the view of the rolling fields. Located on the edge of a beautiful pond and equipped with a wood fired hot tub (no jets/bubbles),wood fired pizza oven, central heating, kitchen (with Gas Oven & Hob) & bespoke outside wooden decking. The pod has WiFi from Three 4G (somewhat unreliable though from the woods & valley) and integrated bluetooth speakers. * The electric is powered by Solar - NO HAIR DRYERS, STRAIGHTENERS, FANS ETC *

Woodland Shepherds Hut situated at Coes Farm an Organic Vineyard and Orchard making Natural wines and cider, 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre organic vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
