A pochi passi dai monumenti patrimonio UNESCO, questo spazio open-concept offre un'atmosfera moderna e accogliente. L'ampio soggiorno con soffitto alto, grandi vetrate e arredi minimalisti crea un ambiente unico. Dotato di cucina attrezzata, bagno con doccia e soppalco con letto matrimoniale e bagno di servizio. Le camere sono situate al primo piano, servito da un'ampia scala. La villa è circondata da un ampio giardino con parco dotato di lettini e ombrelloni dedicati al relax degli ospiti.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.
