Our club is close, and pubs, clubs and restaurants on nearby islands. Enjoy the sea (including kayaks) from our lawn at high tide, bicycles, and a spa-pool on request. The suite includes a queen bed (only), sea views, a kitchen, bathroom and an outside patio overlooking the bay. There is aircon. No cleaning fee.

Dugong Place - Absolute waterfront & private jetty

Dugong Place is a comfortable, unpretentious, three bedroom home, on beautiful Macleay Island. Located a five minute walk from the ferry & barge terminal. Includes private jetty, large deck with big views to Karragarra, Lamb & North Stradbroke Islands & complimentary kayaks (bring your own life jackets), for guest use. An ideal location for retreating, a romantic getaway, exploring the Southern Moreton Bay Isles, or aquatic activities. Dugong Place is genuinely enjoyable.

This unique place has a style all its own. Finished a year ago it offers a haven from the busyness of life on the mainland and in cities anywhere. Somewhere to relax and clear the mind, somewhere to be in touch with nature, to be surrounded by the beauty of Moreton bay. Please note the second bedroom has three walls and a privacy screen as shown in the photos. It does provide visual privacy but is not a floor to ceiling wall. Gindabara is a private self-catered island retreat with beds for 14 people. Additional people can be catered for, pricing on request with owner. Connect with friends and family for those special gatherings or hire for your business/coaching clients to run your own retreats or workshops. Short walk to Morwong Beach on Coochiemudlo Island's northern shoreline. Set on 1 acre fully fenced with BBQ, games, learning area. AC in all rooms.

CLOSE TO BRISBANE,THE SUNSHINE COAST,GOLD COAST AND BYRON BAY. We supply plus two kayaks to cruise around the islands. Life jackets mandatory. The house is only a few minutes drive from the jetty by car and within walking distance to all amenities.
