Casa Amena, suspended between the sky and the sea, located on the hill of “Neso” (Oneso) which overlooks the town of Lacco Ameno, worldwide famous for its thermal waters. It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. Our House offers small apartments, completely furnished suitable for families. - living room equipped with a with kitchen corner . - master bedroom - spacious bathroom with shower -lush mediterranean garden: lawn/ solarium/barbecue, vegetable garden, fruit trees, citrus trees and vineyard over 2000 m2 The furnishings are functional, modern and well looked after -the kitchen is fully equipped in order to fix your own breakfast or other meals -parking available for motorbikes and cars -Our Apartment is located in a very quiet spot however it is only 5 min on foot from the town of Lacco Ameno, with its thermal spas, shops, beaches, the marina and museums. Casa Procidana come una volta, al centro del porto di marina grande,dove affaccia ad una meravigliosa vista che va da capo miseno a punta faro. L'appartamento conserva tutte le caratteristiche delle abitazioni Procidane di un tempo, in modo da potervi far immedesimare in un luogo storico dell isola. Dal balcone è possibile apprezzare lo spettacolo di luci che illumina la baia Procidana. Caratteristiche invece le paranze che giorno dopo giorno preparano le reti per uscire in mare.

The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/living room area and a laundry room. And it also has a spacius balcony wich surrounds the house and where you can have breakfast and sunbathe. L'appartamento è a due passi dal mare, dalla spiaggia della chiaiolella, dove si può godere del sole dall'alba al tramonto!Nei dintorni sono presenti tutti i principali servizi dal ristorante al supermercato passando per tanti altri negozietti . La casa è inoltre collegata molto bene con tutte le altre zone dell'isola. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

The Villa has been recently converted into three independent apartments equipped with all comforts. They are located within the calm neighbourhood of Ciraccio, a short walk from the seaside. Local bar, patisserie, grocery store and wine shop are within walking distance along with restaurants, pizzeria and two of the most suggestive beaches of the island: the one of “Pozzo Vecchio”and the beach of Ciraccio which gives the name to the area.

They have the advantage of being in a strategic location on the island ... and you fall asleep with only the music of the waves!

A peaceful setting only a few minutes far from the center ! 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus. Perfect location, away from the hustle and the smog of city center, for families with children, for people who prefer spacious places, sea view, garden and safe parking. Car is needed if you mind walking our private driveway 300 mt, a little uphill but with a wonderful view!
