It is located less than 1/2 mile from tons of shopping and restaurants, and is less than 8 miles (13 mins drive) to Neyland Stadium and downtown Knoxville. This will be the perfect spot for a large group to stay for events or UT games!! The kitchen is fully stocked, and boasts a 6' x 9' island. There is a TV in every room, plus one in the living area. 5 KING BEDS! plus 2 pullouts!

Come on in with your family and bring your friends to The Craftsman. Relax after an exciting day at Windrock, (12 minutes to The General Store) or Brushy Mountain (18 minutes) both minutes away from this completely updated custom house. Enjoy some time in the hot tub located behind a privacy fence or sit on the deck and enjoy grilling out with family and friends. There is trailer parking and additional spaces for cars. No direct trail access, does have a UTV route to check in without trailering.

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Guest remark on the cleanliness and small touches. Please Note~There are no added cleaning fees or pet fees. Guests love the large yard, ability to move the living room furniture around to suit their needs, and the games and books. The kitchen is well stocked as well. There are two outdoor areas with seating and smoking is allowed outside. The RV or Boat parking is a bonus. Check ahead for availability. There is a large, padlocked storage shed for bikes and gear.
