This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Experience tiny house living in our little cabin. Enjoy beautiful Rocky Fork Lake, Amish countryside, hike and explore The Arc of Appalachia. Boat rental is just down the road at Bayside Bait and tackle. Our cabin has 2 full size beds upstairs in loft area as well as a comfy queen sofa that makes a decent bed also. There is a small table and chairs. There is also a larger refrigerator on covered back porch.

Charming, updated Craftsman in South Ashland which is 1 of 2 on the property (home located at the front of the property). You will find a 2 bedroom (1 king, 1 full bed/1 xl twin bed), 2 bath (one bathroom contains the washer and dryer), fully furnished kitchen, living room with sectional, and 3 flat-screen smart TV's. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood within a 10-minute walk of Putnam Stadium and a 5 -minute drive to downtown. NO SMOKING - NO ANIMALS
