84 Gipps Cottage is an early 1850s historical stone and timber cottage on centrally located Gipps Street. The cottage is set in the prestigious area near the Port Fairy village close to restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping within easy walking distance to the river, stunning beaches, the wharf area and is well situated to explore the locality on foot. The Cottage has been sensitively renovated offering modern comforts while maintaining a truly authentic experience of historic Port Fairy.

This standalone unit is in a quiet and family-friendly beachside court. The unit sits to the side of the main house with its own entrance, car park and courtyard. Just a 1.6Km walk from the local village shops & cafes. There is a smaller second cottage on the property that shares a driveaway but remains separate from the main cottage and it's gardens.

Whilst right in the middle of the township of Port Fairy, the bungalow is set well back from the street and is therefore provides a private and quiet escape.

This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

We have kept the original character of our 100 year old cottage but added all the modern amenities needed with an large extension. Tikalara is located in town a short walk to the shops and cafes, and an easy walk to the South beach. Two bedrooms provide one queen size bed and two singles. There are 2 modern bathrooms and 2 living spaces each with their own TV. A gas log fire will welcome you on a cold winters day as you enjoy the view to the south beach across the dunes.

Anglers' Cottage On River

Anglers' Cottage on River is a family friendly cottage in a million dollar location on the picturesque River Moyne managed by the Anglers' of Port Fairy. The cottage is in an enviable position directly on the Port Fairy River and Wharf Area and has magnificent views across the river to popular Battery Hill and Southern Ocean. The cottage is also within easy walking distance to stunning beaches, popular walking areas on Griffith Island and the town centre.

Dromore - Spacious, central, 3 bedroom apartment

Our spacious, two-storied apartment is set in beautiful gardens behind our own home. Although near to our home, it is completely self-contained, has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. Guests can and come and go as they please. It is a short stroll to the main street, restaurants and beaches. There is off-street parking only metres from the front door. Free wifi is provided and Chromecast is set up on the television.
