A stylish and very spacious apartment with stunning views across the Lyn Valley. Lynton is only a 10 minute walk along a lovely woodland walkway. The apartment has a large bedroom with a luxurious super king bed which can be converted to twin beds and also a single sofabed for a child. There is a spacious living/dining/kitchen room with a slate floor and contemporary furnishings and a modern shower room. There is parking for 1 car and a patio area with table and chairs for your exclusive use.

Hidden Cottage, Porlock

Located centrally in Porlock village, this cosy cottage is tucked away in the small winding back lanes. The cottage has an open plan sitting/dining room with log burner and French doors opening out onto its own private decking area, perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine. Porlock is the perfect base for exploring the unique Exmoor countryside, with the moor on its doorstep and the beach one mile away. Dogs are welcome at Hidden Cottage, we ask for a £10 fee, towels are provided.

Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Furnished with a mixture of the modern and the vintage, the walls are hung with original artworks and these elements combine to create a unique and beautiful retreat.

Private off-site parking is available and pets are welcomed, free of charge. Please note during July and August I offer minimum 7 night stays, minimum 3 nights the rest of the year.

Within Walking distance of The West Somerset Railway and a variety of pubs, restaurants and takeaways. Located on a working farm and small riding school on the edge of the village of Williton. Please note we are a working farm so there will be associated noise and smells, we are also doing some alterations to the adjoining barn which may generate some daytime noise.

There are French doors that open out onto a stone patio where you can sit and take in the views. Well behaved dogs are very welcome too.
