Come stay in our new lovely above ground basement suite. We live above with our 3 young kids and noise should be expected between 8am-11pm. This probably isn't for you if you're looking for a serene, romantic getaway. It's comfortable, A/C, has a fabulous view, is centrally located for island adventures. Welcome to the Lazy J Ranch. We offer a self-contained walkout basement suite that sleeps four comfortably. The suite has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom, and a fully fitted kitchen/living room with a sofa-bed. It has its own patio with table, chairs and barbecue, and a view out over the fields and the forest. Nestled on 13 acres, The Lazy J is home to our alpacas, horses, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. Walk down the trail to watch the animals, and relax beside the creek.

A licensed clean cozy convenient micro studio + private bathroom and entrance - easy self check-in, free parking, full-sized bed (54" x 75", fits a solo or slim duo), near downtown, VIU, schools, hospital, sports arenas, ferries, 4 bus routes nearby, embraced by beautiful parks and trails, pretty mountain view. drive 5 mins or walk 20 mins to downtown/waterfront/VIU, drive 10 mins to Departure Bay. Tip: book multiple nights to save on cleaning, as it is charged once per booking.

Mini fridge and microwave. Please note there is no kitchen and we live on the property with our blue heeler.
