Super ventilateur si il fait chaud! La cuisine vient d'être refaite à neuf. Salle de bain avec baignoire. Espace chambre en mezzanine avec une literie de qualité, wifi rapide. Platine vinyle + vinyles. Vélux. Localisation idéale, près du canal et des Buttes Chaumont !

Petit studio-mezzanine rez-de-chaussée cosy avec patio situé à Pantin, proche Pré-St-Gervais. Il est tout équipé, avec cuisine, sdb (machine à laver), couchage mezzanine, coin salon et un petit patio "veranda" (parfait pour prendre un café ou un thé). Il n'a malheureusement pas le wifi car je travaille en extérieur, le partage de connexion me suffit. Voisinage très tranquille, proche du Canal de l'Ourcq et de la Villette. Métro Eglise de Pantin à 5min à pied.
