Own entrance, privacy, inclinator access, street parking. Please note the cottage is small but outdoor areas are expansive. 10 min walk to Whale Beach, 30 min walk to Palm Beach, ferry and Avalon. Keoride service, picks up from property and drops you to Avalon, Newport, Mona Vale, Warriewood, same on return. By car everything is 5 - 10 minutes away.

Gymea Cottage is a two-storey cabin. The upper deck is independent of the lower floor & has a private bedroom, a lounge, a kitchen with a beautiful veranda between the treetops. The lower deck has a private bedroom, stunning verandah and views, but a more compact lounge & kitchen. You can indulge yourself in your own private spa and watch the stars. Idyllic location in a bush setting with lots of privacy! It is located on 126 acres of bushland with 3 other cottages spaced out on the property.

Enjoy the wonderfully central location and remarkable privacy of the Knoll House. This fabulous adults only retreat-style home boasts an enviable location, striking design, heated plunge pool and 270 degree views. This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish by Oct 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $170.
