Family trip or between friends? Enjoy the Riquier neighbourhood from where you can visit easily all Nice and its surroundings (Monaco, Eze etc). You will be at 5 minutes by foot from the port, 10 minutes from old town and 5 minutes from the railroad station where you can get to Monaco, Villefranche, Antibes etc. The apartment is spacious (70m2) and will be great for 4 with two independent rooms at each side. There is also a sofa bed. Please note: the apartment is at the 4th floor without lift.

Free parking downstairs or in a street very close by, private parking in the square. 5 minutes walk from Acropolis and Palais des Expositions (for conferences & conventions).
