Guests will have sole use of the adjoining bathroom. Period features also include low beams, but rule out a shower. Not for children.

Overlooking the historic St Peters church they have been luxuriously appointed to the highest contemporary standard. Constructed of Cotswold stone with central and underfloor heating. The studio style layout provides a double bedroom with a private ensuite wet room. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen, open plan living room, breakfast bar and desk.

The Coach house in Oxford

The Coach house, a lovely brick cottage built ~1880, has been renovated to provide an open plan, stylish interior. Upstairs sleeps 5 people with a downstairs bathroom. The historic city of Oxford (easily accessible by bus) provides plenty to do and the Thames and Cotswolds are lovely walking areas nearby. The cottage has it's own patio and garden area with trampoline. There is table football, games and books. Off road parking available. It is situated in the grounds of the owner's home.

Situated in a quiet location in the village of Stonesfield, Little Chestnut Cottage is a charming self-contained base from which to explore the Cotswolds and local attractions in the Oxford area such as Blenheim Palace. The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.
