Tucked away on one of the quietest streets of the Old Town, you are still only a couple of minutes walk into the centre of the action.

A big plus: underground parking (EUR 15 per night). It is ideal for a couple. We speak English, French, and German. We will be happy to welcome you in Nice! For late arrivals (after 10pm) we charge 100 euros. Cleaning fee is 50 euros.
