Air Beth and Bob is 3 miles miles from Broadway (taking the bus is $2). We're in one of Nashville's most desirable, walkable neighborhoods, Hillsboro/West End. Our adorable, secure tiny home is about one mile from Vanderbilt, Belmont, shopping, and restaurants.. There's self check in, on-site free parking, great WiFi, 43" 4K Fire TV, Xfinity cable, private entrance, patio, kitchenette, Puffy mattress, large shower and nice work space. The perfect spot to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer!

Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Take a morning stroll and enjoy the sunrise from the riverfront park and pedestrian bridge. Scout out the perfect roof-tops and Broadway honky-tonks before the crowds show up, then walk back and regroup at the condo which features two memory foam beds before staging your fun-filled LIVE music downtown adventure . . . . . on your way, maybe add some of my favorites: Coffee at Crema, Brunch at Cafe’ Intermezzo, or the new Food Assembly Hall @ 5th and Broadway for a ridiculous amount of options !

This is an affordable, private space with it's own entrance to my lovely home here in South Nashville. The guest space includes two spacious bedrooms, one modern bathroom and a living area with mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Your space is separated from the rest of my home, where I live, by a locked door. Off one of your bedrooms is a deck with comfortable seating, and the front entrance has a covered porch with bench.
