Quaint Converted Barn

Terrific space with loads of light and openness. Overlooking golf course, hayloft converted into king bed with twin bunks in office nook and 1.5 baths. It's the perfect place to get away from it all. Barn converted into residence. Comfy, quiet and serene. First level has living room, dining room and a half bath with a spiral to the hayloft which is open to below and divided by closets that create the office nook but permit light over them. The barn is open, only the bathrooms have doors.

The Pond Mill Retreat w/ 2 Bdrms & Pool

Catch up on a little work or simply unwind. Everything is waiting for you in this cozy, yet functional space surrounded by a beautiful wooded area with pond. Your private entrance accommodations include a finished, walk-out lower-level apartment (~730 sq ft) containing thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and full bathroom. Experience solitude while enjoying the convenience to Rt 15, I-95, & Boston Post Rd destinations. And if you require assistance, we live right upstairs.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

Fully private apartment ...private bathroom, private bedroom with queen size bed, private living room with 2 couches & 1 futon with a separate private entrance, private kitchen (please note dishwasher is inoperative & not listed as an added amenity). Equipped with modern decor, ROKU smart TV, wifi, backyard patio & inground pool. Pool is seasonal & open from Memorial Day until end of September. Pool is limited to Airbnb guests listed on reservation only. Pool hours are 8am-8pm.
