It comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a twin that expands to a king in the den. You cannot beat the location! It is next to the 126 NYC bus stop and ferry. It is also next to Washington St. (which is full of restaurants and shops) and across a grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store and cafes.
