Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

The cabin sleeps 6 and has a fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms with king size beds, a sleeper sofa in the loft, a master bath with double shower heads and soaking tub, a living room with a cozy fireplace, an arcade table, hammock and rocking chairs on the wrap around porch, propane grill, charcoal grill, fire pit, and much more. This is the place to enjoy the Smoky Mountains!!

The Lighthouse at Hunkerdown Hollow provides a waterfront experience at the base of the Smoky Mountains. This unique lodging brings you up close to the natural beauty of the Douglas lake resevoir. While every window in the lighthouse has a water view, the top level boasts a 360 degree view of water & the treetops, to observe all the beauty of Douglas!

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.
