Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

GR0ßZÜGIGES FERIENHAUS Unser neu eingerichtetes Ferienhaus ist für 5 bis 7 Personen ausgestattet. Das Haus ist eigenständig über eine Gartentreppe zu erreichen und liegt in einer wunderschönen erhöhten Lage. Verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit je ein Doppelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch , eine voll ausgestattete Küche und zwei Bäder. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Grill. Tiere nur nach Anfrage möglich. Mitbenutzung eines gemeinsamen Pools möglich.

Nel cuore dell'Alta Langa, patrimonio dell'UNESCO, CASA VITTORIA, situata nel centro di Feisoglio, è un ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni in bicicletta, camminate nel verde e gite enogastronomiche. Disposta su due piani, è composta da cucina living, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno. Interamente in pietra di Langa, la casa si affaccia sul giardino da cui si può godere di un'ottima vista sul Monviso. Posizione ideale per raggiungere Alba patria della fiera del tartufo.

Casa Moscato è una splendida casa finemente ristrutturata sita nelle Langhe, vicino a Neive e pochi minuti d'auto da Alba circondata dai vigneti ideale per famiglie e amici alla scoperta del nostro magico territorio. internamente dispone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, 3 camere con letto matrimoniale tutte con bagno interno . Esternamente i nostri ospiti potranno rilassarsi nel giardino privato ed avranno una piscina (10x4 metri) a loro totale diposizione.

Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.
