Rock End Retreat

Rock End Retreat is a spacious self contained bungalow with parking for two cars. It has easy access and is set in a peaceful and private setting on a working family dairy farm. The retreat is modern with plush bedrooms and comfy sofas with newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The outside area is securely fenced so that pooches can explore safely. We can offer farm tours for those interested in the milking process. Also The Woodland Watch shepherd’s hut can accommodate extra guests here.

Set in the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands on a country small holding. A perfect rural escape with walks on the doorstep and just a few miles from the market town of Leek. Hollins Lane is easily accessible from the house, The beautiful Churnet Valley, with steam trains, wildlife reserves are close by, Within 10 miles are Alton Towers, Splash Landings, Waterworld, Trentham Gardens, Monkey Forest and pottery museums.

Perfect for dog walks. The annexe is in a very short walking distance to a local dog friendly pub which also serve Thai food and within another 10 minute walk is another dog friendly pub who serve English pub grub.Located only 30 minutes from Shrewsbury and 45 minutes from Alton towers. Dogs £5 extra per dog.

The Annex

We are situated just outside the picturesque village of Bagnall. We are a 25 minute drive from Alton Towers, 20 minutes from the market town of Leek and 20 minutes from the Potteries. The annex is a self contained building standing next to our home. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine. We have a number of animals sharing our lives, most of whom are very happy to welcome visitors.
