Ocean Farm

Wander the on-site trails, explore 200 acres of rainforest, and meet grazing livestock on your way. Follow the coastal walking track, and you’ll be in town in no time. Your surfboard won’t look out of place leaning against the wood-post fence around this farm. In fact, just beyond that fence, a grass track leads to Werri Beach. After a morning swim, head back to Ocean Farm for espresso on the terrace. Work on your tan in a sun lounger by the pool’s edge. Or, enjoy the sea breeze from inside while you catch a rugby game on the projector screen. For lunch, fire up the barbecue in the courtyard and play a round of foosball while you’re waiting for the burgers to get that perfect char. Later, sip local wine while you watch the sunset over endless sea views. The point breaks at either end of Werri Beach are perfect for first-time surfers. In between, a sandy stretch of calm waters awaits for family swimming. And, the shops on the beach’s edge are known for their delicious fish and chips. Barefoot at Broken Head
