The fire pit is located in the back yard ready for you or you can use the gas fire pit just steps from the hot tub. The hot tub is ready for guests with a view of stars!

Buffalo Springs Distilling Company

It’s recently been brought to our attention about Airbnb scams! Please reserve with us or someone else that has a history! The Bourbon Trail The Buffalo Springs Distilling Company got it's start in 1868. It closed and it's warehouses were emptied out by the 1970's. This building is one of the last structures left on the site. This historic building was the main office and gatehouse for visitors to the distillery, so we can offer one Queen sized bedroom due to the size of the structure.

The Cabin

As you walk in, The Cabin wraps it's arms around you and says " Welcome home." You can feel the stress leave you as you settle in for your stay at this scenic cabin on 9.8 wooded acres. Fully furnished, spacious 1 room cabin with stone wood burning fireplace, equipped kitchen, bath with shower and twin over queen bunk bed. Only 5 mins from historic downtown LaGrange, 20 mins from Louisville-home of the Kentucky Derby and next door is the FRP-LaGrange Quarry water park. The back patio overlooks the woods where you can watch deer, turkey & the squirrels play! The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second & third bedrooms have full beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. No pets. No parties, no events.

Running Creek Log Cabin

Our cabin is about 6 miles to dock your boat onto the Ohio River. A 15 minute drive into downtown Lagrange for more shopping including food and boutiques. We are 30 drive into Louisville and 1 hour 15 min. drive to Cincinnati Ohio. It is on a 5 acre property and attached by a driveway to a home that we call Southwest Retreat that is on airbnb and 5 acres. We have a security camera on the outside of the house on the front porch facing the driveway.

The Coop

This 2 bedroom house is a renovated old farmhouse located on the site of a small vegetable farm and native plant nursery. The back deck overlooks the woods, where you can watch the wild birds and keep an eye on the free range chickens. This is a quiet spot for a retreat, but also 25 minutes from downtown Louisville. The Coop has a fully stocked kitchen and comes with eggs right from our flock....
